Mykhailo Harkavka, MSc in Physiotherapy
Every day, I help patients regain their full mobility and health. I specialize in sports and trauma physiotherapy, placing great emphasis on precise diagnosis of each case.
I have experience working with patients suffering from acute and chronic spinal conditions, as well as pain in the knees, shoulders, and upper and lower limbs. I also practice dental physiotherapy — supporting patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, facial tension, and post-orthodontic or post-dental treatment complaints.
In my practice, I use manual therapy, personal training, and deep tissue massage. I also employ techniques such as dry needling, pino therapy (a manual technique using specialized copper and metal pins and blades to release muscle tension and improve tissue mobility), and myofascial release.
I believe in a holistic approach to health that takes into account the body’s structure, biochemistry, and psychosomatic aspects.
Damian Markowski, Trainer & Physiotherapist
I specialize in orthopedic physiotherapy, sports medicine and personal training. In my work, patient safety, a comprehensive approach to each case, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship are my top priorities — together, we’ll work toward restoring your full mobility. My practice is grounded in the principles of Evidence-Based Medicine, combining scientific knowledge with clinical experience. I regularly engage in strength and calisthenics training myself, which allows me to better understand the capabilities and dysfunctions of my clients’ musculoskeletal systems. Tools of the trade: thorough clinical diagnosis, manual therapy (deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, sports massage, myofascial release), and personalized exercises tailored to your needs and capabilities.
